Timing

Please place your order no later than 10:00am, three business days in advance.
For last-minute requests, email our team — we’ll do our best to help.

Minimum Orders

  • Monday–Friday: $700 including GST (excl. delivery)

  • Saturday: $1,000 including GST (excl. delivery)

  • Sunday: $3,000 including GST (excl. delivery)
    Please note: we do not deliver on Public Holidays.

Payment

Full payment is required before the day of delivery.
If your business places regular orders and would like alternative payment terms, please complete our Business Account Application Form and send it to orders@glumecatering.co.nz. We’ll confirm once received.

  • Consolidated invoices available on request

  • Credit card payments incur a 2.5% surcharge

Dietary Requirements

Menu items suitable for dietary needs are clearly marked.
When ordering, please add notes in your cart so we can prepare accordingly. Our team will confirm all details before processing.

Order Confirmation, Changes & Cancellations

  • Every order is reviewed before we send confirmation.

  • Changes can be made up to the order cut-off time (10:00am, 3 business days prior).

  • Cancellations made with less than 72 hours’ notice will be charged in full.

  • Menus change seasonally to reflect fresh, local ingredients

  • Meat sourced from cage-free, sustainable farms

  • Seafood guided by best-practice sustainability standards

  • Kitchen practices include recycling, composting, and stock control

Serve ware & Presentation

  • Cardboard serve ware is 95% compostable, with recyclable windows

  • Disposable plates & cutlery are made from pine or bamboo

  • Choose Premium Presentation at checkout for reusable platters (includes collection & cleaning the next business day)
